If for any reason you are not happy with your recent order from us, please contact us within 7 days of order receiving and we will be able to help organise a replacement. If your product is faulty or damaged, please send photos and include as much information in your request form. We may ask for the product back so we can best ascertain the problem for you. In such case, please keep your original invoice and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We have provided quality assurance of all our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item from Grand Concept, contact us immediately.
Please supply us with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. A defective item may be replaced within 90 days from date of purchase under our Warranty Policy, or within the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is longer. Contact us for assistance if needed. Should you choose to return your item(s), Grand Concept does not provide pre-paid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
